I can't reset crucible rank: it tells me that i don't have enough space for the bonus ascendant shard but i actually have deleted one of them to have 29 in my inventory but its still show me the same message... i even deleted all the ascendant shard i had left in the new special kiosk one by one but its still not work, so i don't know what to do... i even thought about deleting all my ascendant shards to leave only 9 of them in my inventory but it will hurt me to do that. what should i do?
