Bungie is already working on at least the second season, or second post-campaign ~whatever~ from Final Shape. I believe it was during the Lightfall Showcase, but somewhere along that time it was mentioned indirectly that Bungie is always 3 seasons ahead in terms of development. 9 months of potential content being generated at any given time, and we're starting a new season in 2 weeks. Season 22 is already done, and waiting for launch with some minor polishing work being done to it between now and then. Any suggestions to take a break now is wasted. It's already done.
