Just a quick question...
Pvp restrictions are manually placed after a investigation due to play reports.
Your cousin to get a 2 month pvp restriction had to already gone through a stand alone warning and a 2 week pvp restriction. If he was a pvp main did he take any action to look into his internet to see if there was problems on his end causing him to lag in game and ruining matches for others?

Yeah, he did go through the previous warning and 2-week PvP restriction. I helped him look into his internet and there wasn't anything that jumped out as a potential issue. He also never has any connectivity issues or lag on other games that he plays (CoD, Apex, etc.). We aren't very technically savvy enough to check into packet loss or anything of the sort, but he had a pretty consistent ~50mbps wifi connection at the time of the warning and first restriction. When the first restriction was going on, he upgraded his internet to 450mbps, but was still worried that he would be restricted again when the 2 weeks were up (since a 2-month restriction is no joke). Then a week or so later he got hit with it.
