It’s decently strong, but it doesn’t hold up at all with other heavies in current meta. Just use izzy and a decent fusion and you’ll be better off. Was good when things were much slower back then and snipers were very limited early on, but in current meta it just doesn’t work well. If you’re wanting damage just use well, lunafaction boots, and a leviathans breath with a catalyst and you’ll do super dummy damage. Not to mention you don’t have to hold down sights for like 5 seconds for the buff either and not to mention whisper gets hella recoil so that makes it hard as well.
