There's nothing to fix. You haven't played a Defiant Battleground since April 23 and before that, it was April 15. You can't earn seasonal reputation without playing seasonal content.

That is probably most of the problem. But that means that the bounties count ZERO towards your rank which is unprecedented and ridiculous.

Why? Is it just a stupid mystery like why gunsmith extra bounties don't give bright dust? Or why resetting gunsmith doesn't give extra perk slots? Am I missing something? Does this inconsistency make sense to you? Because I find it baffling and irritating, lol.
