Legacy: Shadowkeep - Quest - Step 10 of 19 - Game Keeps Crashing
Destiny 2 Crashing
The first time the game crashed and closed was when I got to a certain point of progression within the "In the Deep" quest, maybe 5-8 minutes in. After the game crashed that time, I opened the game again, landed on the Sanctuary loading zone and drove back to the mission and tried to start it and it crashed again immediately after I held the square button and got the mission to boot. The same thing happened twice more and now I've just given up on it as it seems like this mission is bugged and needs to be patched by Bungie in order to progress with the Shadowkeep Campaign. I was doing the Shadowkeep Campaign as it is necessary to access the Pit of Heresy Mission that is required in the Exotic Quest, The Journey - Step 3 of 6, to get Xenophage.
I am on PlayStation 5. The system firmware is fully updated for the console. The game software is also fully updated.
I even closed the game on my console and restarted the console to see if it would help but to no avail.

Anyone having trouble with step 10 legacy shadowkeep change audio from 3d sonic to stereo uncompressed on Xbox then launch and it should work I was having same issue idk on ps5 or PC what it's called but change your sound to a worse version this did the trick for me

1 回复Its definitly on bungies side i reset my whole console and cleared everything and im having the exact same problem you are.

1 回复Legit had the exact same experience you described. Got like 5 minutes in, crashed, except my game crashes immediately on mission start every time now. Hopefully it’s only a bug that they can just hotfix in.

1 回复Same identical issue here. Started mission, started with lag, got 5-10 mins in and crashed. Now when I start the mission it crashes immediately. Definitely some kind of a bug that requires a patch asap, as this progression blocks alot of content

1 回复I experienced the same thing. Game crashes everytime i start quest 10 Tried for several days. Really wanted to complete the campaign so i could get access to the Pit of Heresy. Bungie can you plz patch?

4 回复To everyone having this issue I just helped a friend do it. 1st he hosted it and didn’t move as soon as he joined I went forward and cleared the way up to the bridge, after crossing the bridge it will bring the team to you and you have to then fight to get the “Lecturn” after the fight and you grab it, he dc’d trying to run over the bridge but that’s fine. I kept running till I go to the tunnel/cave system no enemies spawn, he joined back in putting it at the beginning of the mission and waited till I got there and we both ran out and completed the mission, short story long join with a friend so they stay in side the mission and you can keep joining. Expect to dc at least 3 times but there are areas you can stay alive in till the can join back. If you need help add me GTR_BUFFALO_v2#3039
