Is individual customer support available? It's an issue regarding cross-save.

Wanted to ask if it was possible for Bungie support to take a look at my account individually regarding cross-save. Long story short, I'm unable to properly authenticate one of my accounts, locking me from disabling cross-save. I understand it's completely impossible for Bungie to remove it for me as it goes against ToS. My only request now is if it is possible to maybe delete my Bungie account(???), as I've not much progress on it anyway. It's been super annoying dealing with a dumb decision I made two years ago, and at that this point I wouldn't mind a total wipe. That option's probably not possible either, but again, thought I'd ask just one last time.

  • Bungie will not take action for you or allow you to do anything unless they are 110% sure you are the creator/owner of the accounts in question. This is why there us a authentication system in place as Bungie does not have access to your account details. If you can not authenticate a account Bungie won't let anything happen.
