its an optimization issue. cards lower than nvidia 20 series had a massive performance drop with the switch to whatever engine they switched to in beyond light. its only gotten worse with each update since then. can get cheap consoles these days but for whatever reason destiny 2 doesnt have mnk support like every other cross platform game currently on the market(mw2,apex,mcc,halo infinite, and more....)
