Amanda Holliday clearly has Prime Gaming rewards, and DIM shows them, but they're not there.
So, I've been claiming Prime Gaming rewards for like the past year. DIM shows them, and Amanda Holliday's screen goes from 70FPS to 20 when I'm on the "Prime Gaming Rewards" screen, so she clearly has them, but they're just... not there. They seem to be invisible. I'm trying to get back into the game in preparation for Lightfall, but this is really taking some wind out of my sails.

I've found out this is a long consistent issue for several years, which is... annoying, to say the least. I just want to get the items I've been given. There's a long running megathread of these issues here: https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/261186452 Apparently it's been fixed before, but it just straight up doesn't work for me.
