Seraph's Shield: Legend - Keycard not dropping before 1st Boss Encounter
Hello,
The captain that is supposed to drop the keycard right before you turn in the operator for the first time (right before the 1st boss) sometimes doesn't. The mission is hard-locked and you need to restart from orbit. This seems to consistently coincide with no captain spawning in the room where you get the operator buff for the first time. If there’s no yellow bar captain, the card usually doesn’t spawn. Also, you can tell it bugged out by the fact there are no Shriekers spawning as well.
In addition, it seems to happen more often when doing it multiplayer. Never saw it during solo runs.
That happened to me LITERALLY 3-4 times in a row for the past 3 days. I just gave up.

After you reach that room before killing anything wait for the checkpoint update on the top left of your screen. You can also tell later in the mission if it has bugged out by the shriekers not spawning.
