My son just logged in his account like normal and he was given Stadia messages to cross save the date b4 Jan 18th. He was forced to dismiss the messages and then BAM his characters are all gone now. He is pretty sad/upset now....how can he recover the data? We had cross saved the data long time ago to protect this problem? Why did this happen now with no notice?!? Please advise, thank you!
