I'm returning to Xur to get the cipher from xenology but not happens when i talk to him
I'm on the last step on xenology. When i try to reclaime my cipher with Xur not happens
Xur its not in contrast too

Greetings! Have you visited the other Xur? I don’t think the Xur in the treasure hoard will accept the quest for the Exotic Cipher. The other Xur is on Nessus in his tree in Watcher’s Grave. Also, make sure you have room for the Cipher in your inventory otherwise it will disappear.
