Whisper of Rending not working with energy primary.
Whisper of Rending doesn't look like it's working on energy primary weapons. I tested it with SYNCOPATION-53 and it takes one burst to shatter a stasis crystal from Glacier Grenade with Whisper of Rending. Testing with YESTERYEAR takes two bursts to shatter a stasis crystal from Glacier grenade with Whisper of Rending. Is this a bug?
