Crafting was a good idea poorly implemented sadly.
There should be no red box weapons.
A weapon should be unlocked along with its equipped perks upon dismantling it. more perks unlock as you aquire them from random rolls and dismantling.
Advanced perks should have to be gained by hitting a high level on the weapon say 1 adv perk at level 15 and the 2nd at level 30.
