Currently on console, crossplay matchmaking for PvP just isnt working. I have had many cases similar to the one i linked above where someone on playsation, me on xbox, is pinging around and is obv very hard to kill or even hit. While it could just be a coincidence that they are on ps and also pinging, when 9 times out of 10, its someone from another platform, its a fair assumption that its an issue on bungies end. I really hope that they can fix this as in general, crossplay is a great feature for a game like d2, it just sucks that its so bad in pvp atm.
