For a class specialized in aerial combat it lacks the tools to do it efficiently outside of getting new sniper angles.
Overall, Hunters have better aerial maneuverability.

The whole solar Warlock rebuild was built about in air combat superiority. Which sounds like a good idea but getting into content where you dont have the head room to support that feels bad because then there's nothing you can really do with the builds. Not saying all level design is like that, but a good majority seem to be.
