No behemoth can still freeze and it actually got buffed because the slow on creation coupled with the freeze. Behemoth is just bad because the crystal damage nerfs and the damage resist nerf which now begs the question of why is behemoth resistant low if it was tied to crystals which got nerfed? Super resistance needs to go up by 5% to make up the crystal nerf. Behemoths issue is that its too squishy for how slow it is and solar immunity to stasis. There is no reason solar should hard counter stasis. Wasn't that why stasis got nerfed?
