Arc Siphon is not being counted as an Arc-attribute mod for the purposes of mods such as Powerful Friends or Raidant Light. While equipped with Radiant Light + Arc Siphon and no other mods, the secondary effect of Radiant Light is not shown as active, and the stat boost is not applied. In this scenario, if I switch Arc Siphon to Hands On, the secondary effect shows as activated and the stat boost is applied. Not able to verify if this issue is occuring with other Siphon mods.
