So some of them are dead and unusable until character data comes back up? That is... peculiar. You'd think they could cache the data for launches like this. I mean, you'd kind of EXPECT them to at Bungie's size. But then, there are games out there that don't even go down for even larger content releases because they're designed to transition seamlessly. *sigh* Bungie has become so disappointing.
