Seriously? This was so poorly done. Bungie put the bare minimum into this "event". After 6 months of the same old sh-t, we get 10 minutes of an activity we've been doing for years already and some dialogue. And that cutscene was just stupid. Does anyone actually believe Mara Sov could have killed Savathun with that little dagger? I'm just at a loss with Bungie right now.

Ok, 3 things about your comment. 1.) It was not the "bare minimum", since they hired motion capturing artists to perform the acting of the scene. Also we had NPCs buff us ingame and actually being there in mission area. Something we didn't had since D2Y1 under Activision-Blizzard with help of their "Highmoon-Studio". 2.) The Knife from Mara Sov was not for "killing Savathûn" but more likely for Savathûns Worm. Also, consider this... Would Mara Sov actually behave like a Queen if she would walk around with some heavy explosives or a rifle instead? The Knife suits her character design and is also something a Queen would carry with her all the time. 3.) The Story was designed to follow up 6 months ago, BEFORE Bungie delayed WQ because they knew they needed more time.

Even if that would be the case, she would still have her own Awoken powers (not visible in the cutscene outside of her eyes glowing up), her Techians, Saint-14 and us, the player. That's 4 Awoken with ancient powers, 1 legendary Titan and 1 Guardian of choice.
