destiny atm is one of the worst game on pc for optimization , is a game that use cpu a lot and gpu is never at 100% , before BL the game was fine the use of cpu and gpu was more balanced still used more cpu than gpu , but after BL the game just works like a console port without trying to make the pc using the gpu

Apart from a couple of times some driver crashed, the rest of the problems listed in your Dxdiag report are linked to access violations, which is often linked to RAM problems. You may also try to turn off Fault Tolerant Heap (FTH) in Windows 10, that can cause stuttering.

Is there any way to tell which stick is bad, from the report? There was one thing I did with the RAM, after reinstalling windows. I turned on DOCP on the BIOS to try and see if using it's full potential could help with Destiny 2. But I turned it off after an hour

I'm gonna do my duty on the internet and actually state here that I fixed my stutter, and how, then edit my post above so it's in full view. Since I have an ASUS ROG Mobo, I have RAM Cache 3, and I started the DRAM cache on it then booted up Destiny 2. No more stutter
