I am trying to unlink and relink my Bungie account with Prime Gaming. When visiting the Prime Gaming website, they indicate that if the account was linked prior to October 2021, then the Bungie account should be re-linked if the rewards are not being received. As of 12/21, I have not received the rewards for the December drop even though they show as being claimed on the Prime Gaming website. To be clear, I did not link the incorrect account. I simply want to unlink and re-link the same bungie account to Prime Gaming. I have tried selecting the "Unlink" button in the Linked Accounts section of my Bungie.net account, but there is no activity and no change to the linked accounts page, and Prime Gaming does not recognize that the authorization has been revoked. Any assistance is greatly appreciated, thank you in advance.
