Please help! Suspicious Account Merge/Crossplay?
So my friends noticed tonight my Bungie username switched to Poundaba. I shortly after received a bunch of messages in traditional Chinese script. I can only assume my account has been hacked by someone OR someone tried to do an account merge/crossplay. I still have access to all of my weapons/gear but my name has been changed and getting suspicious messages from names I don't recognize. I then noticed on my steam account comments, this Poundaba left several messages. My Bungie Friends got changed. I'm not exactly sure what to do here. I already have 2-factor on steam but this person was able to change my screen name.
Is this a Bungie issue or Steam? Any help would be appreciated!

All account security and log ins are handled by your platform's system. So if someone hacked something the only thing they could hack would be one of your platform accounts. So yes, this would be an issue to address with Steam. I would recommend changing your password on your Steam and Twitch accounts. Regarding your Bungie name, the name change feature hasn't been released yet, it is coming this Winter. Until then you will be stuck with Poundaba.
