Why does the notification (which blocks you from playing your character) pop up in the middle of crucible games? I just popped my arc staff, and the screen appeared. In the time it took me to move my hand to press the enter key, someone on the enemy team popped their dawnblade and got far enough away from me that I couldn't kill them. Would I have killed them if it didn't? Maybe. Should I just reset my rank as soon as it gets maxed out? Probably. But the fact that it happens to begin with is unbelievably frustrating.
