Destiny doesn't really do a lot of im game tutorial stuff for how things work, and when its there its often easy to click through without looking.
If you're needing an answer or explanation of some kind for something specific then I would just use Google or YouTube. There isn't much in game worth knowing that someone hasn't already broken down in a video or reddit post somewhere.

I just need A BIT of what I've missed. The fact this STILL isn't in game somehow, somewhere, that's a big failing. How can new players know ANY of what's going on if not a thing is explained? If you're required to go elsewhere, then why wouldn't you stay elsewhere??? That's most people's logic and a big failing in long-term planning
