Cross Save / Unlinking Deleted Accounts
I main on Xbox, but want to play on my PC also. I activated Cross Save when it first came out, linking an old Steam account, which was deleted almost 2 years ago now. I can't unlink my old Steam account because it can no longer be authenticated since it's been deleted too long and Steam can't recover it (I've tried and Steam confirmed its deletion). I can't unlink my Xbox account without deactivating Cross Save, which can't be done without authenticating the old deleted Steam account that can't be authenticated.
Is there any way at all to unlink these accounts or create a new Bungie account that only has my Xbox account with my new Steam account? How do you unlink an account that can't be authenticated? I've been working on this for months with no success. Any help at all would be appreciated.

5 回复In order to unlink an account, you must be able to authenticate it, which means you must be able to log into it. Bungie cannot forcibly de-link it. [b]I would suggest contacting the platform concerning recovering the platform account.[/b] If you are unable to gain access to your account, then you will not be able to unlink it from your current Bungie.net profile.
