Did you defeat him during the story mission? I checked your history, and you did the missions last year, during the period where it was bugged. Currently your best bet would be to find someone who is on the same mission, have them load you in, or alternatively, since you only have one character created, create a new character, do the intro mission and then you should be able to start doing the forsaken campaign. All in all shouldnt take long, the forsaken campaign is pretty quick nowadays.
