Did Bungie say they don't have bad luck protection for vex? They have it for eyes of tomorrow, not sure why they'd get rid of it for vex....
I'm sure the drop rate is right where they want it. They will probably increase the drop rate after the raid is a year old, wait until then to grind?
Maybe stay away from games with RNG if you are unlucky and are sensitive to not getting what you want?
