I visited Xur with my Titan only to find that there's no second page to obtain the exotic cypher quest from. I don't have an exotic cypher in my inventory and I don't have the quest in my quest archive terminal. I can, however, pick the quest up from Xur on my Hunter and Warlock. What's going on?
