Crosssave Help
So I used to play Destiny 2 on console (Xbox One S) and when I got a laptop I cross saved to my steam account. Long story short it's been a while since I've played Destiny 2 and was considering getting back into it. I want to switch my xbox progress from my old steam account to my new one, but I have since deleted my old steam account a while ago because I did not need it anymore. My cross save on bungie is stuck to my old steam account which I no longer have access to because it no longer exists. Is there a way I could get support to have this account unlinked so I can add my new steam account instead? Or will I just need to restart progress?

2 回复Unfortunately, while Bungie might be willing to disable your Cross-Save, Bungie will not unlink an account you cannot authenticate to, regardless of the reason. If Bungie was willing to disable your Cross-Save, you would need to move to a different Bungie.net profile in order to be able to Cross-Save with a different Steam ID; that means you'd lose any Emblems associated with this specific Bungie.net profile you may have gained. Along with that, your XBL ID would be locked out of being part of another Cross-Save for 90 days. If you want to attempt to request Bungie's help concerning disabling, you can try using the form found here: https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049498031 . Again, it's up to Bungie whether or not they will disable your Cross-Save. The only way to know for sure would be to ask.
