i'm far from an expert on pc stuff but i am 80% sure this is not my computer but the game itself. i am entirely capable of running plenty of other games that are a lot more costly in performance. my pc has 8GB of ram, i am using geforce 1060 gtx. my settings on D2 are a mix of lows and mediums, and my vram usage is 1447/6052. yet with how low my setting are it's still awful. i get massive frame drops most of the time whenever i get put into a crucible match, making the first minute or so absolutely unplayable (literally), and even then i'll sometimes be kicked for how low my framerate is. i'll get fairly large framedrops in the tower of all places, and the framerate at the start and end of the new seasonal activity is awful half the time to the point where my entire game crashed once because of it. i've verified the game files multiple times, reinstalled the game and got no changes. at this point i feel if i had the textures on lowest it'd still be just as awful. as far as i can tell these gigantic framerate drops seem to be caused most if not all particles made by players. not much else i can say except if you have any suggestions as to what i can do it'd be greatly appreciated.
