Most likely it would be like subsistance which is considered a "soft" reload. Think about the (bug?) with bottomless grief where when activated as long as you dont hard reload your gun it lasts forever. Actium will still slowly increase ammo, white bricks still fill clip. My idea would only reset it with a "hard" reload... physically pressing the reload button. Honestly even if you made it reset stacks on white brick pick up itd still be fine by me. It wouldnt change the core idea ive come up with. Very good point to make there. Discussion is definitely needed and wanted.
