I thought of this warlock one after seeing icefall mantle: Exotic helmet: Shrieking Banshee Exotic perk: Grants 2 rifts, and now your rifts are shrieks. The first shriek will freeze any target in range. The second shriek will shatter any frozen targets and slow any unfrozen targets. Shatters kills with your class ability restore rift energy.

Imagine this. Exotic hunter arms...kophru's stink.... Crouch for 3 seconds to turn invisible.(lasts 10 seconds)...melee an enemy to apply a DoT for 9 seconds...or melee them from behind for a 6x damage increase on that melee. Would be such an awesome exotic... [spoiler]instead of the failure of an exotic we got instead😂[/spoiler]

Thank you! Finally! So many people with the “oh it just requires a specific...” it’s like no?! Stop it! Some exotics are just bad and with Khepris there were so many cool options and opportunities with its revival... alas...

My favorite D1 exotic turned into my least used exotic in D2. So many super slayed in D1 with a backstab of 607 amage...😢 Even a fist of panic once. Too bad bungie made it useless. If you are lucky though you can still do some good plays with it on spectral. 101 damage on melee + 60 from the smoke detonation + DoT. But you'd have to get close. Its still useless in pve though.

Yeah it’s so niche it’s just not worth it. Same deal with Tricksleeves. Like they’re decent but there are more viable options. Not sure what my least favorite exotic is... The issue is most all of our exotics thrive only on dodge... and that’s generally it. The ones that don’t got nerfed or just ain’t that good(usually)

The ones that do rely on dodge also get nerfed . Case #1...wormhusk... 👈👈😎 Case #2...dodge cooldown itself 😂 Being doubled in shortest cooldown. My favorite exotics are assasins cowl and liars handshake....with young ahamkara's at #3.

Good point! Assassins Cowl is so fun with middle tree solar! Just tossing knives going invis! I’m a sixth coyote main myself since Graviton(in my opinion clearly) needs a buff. Even something small like taking away the sound effect for turning invis just something to boost it up.

Assasins cowl + top tree arc. Assasins cowl and combination blow both heal for 100 health each. Then each stack of combination blow adds 60% melee damage. Then use a 1-2 punch shotty (400% melee damage modifier that stacks with combination blow) to 1 shot champions with a melee. Also...gamblers dodge to recharge melee 😂 Or an alternate option...athrys's embrace +1-2 punch shotty....or div..for a throwing knife that deals the same damage as 2 GG crits .
