As the title says, I can't grab the quest from Xur. Currently, I don't have a cipher in my inventory, in my Vault, or in the Post Master. I've also checked on all of my characters to see if I could pull the quest from the Quest Terminal in the Tower - that holds nothing there for me as well. Just to be sure, I've also uninstalled/installed the game to see if that would rectify as well for good measure. It's now been five weeks, and I'm at a loss on why I can't obtain it. He offers it to none of my characters. I just want to buy Always on Time, pls I just want the quest
