Hey guys, recently I am [b]not longer able to get the Xenology Quest[/b] from Xur. Accordingly I [b]can't receive exotic ciphers[/b] anymore, which is very frustrating. I'm not sure but I'm afraid I have abandoned the quest before finishing it with one of my characteres. I thought I would be able to get the quest again when Xur appears the following week, but with no success. He didn't even have the quest. After searching through the inventories and quest logs of my characteres I tried my luck searching in the exotic archive. Sadly I weren't lucky with any of my considerations. The quest and ciphers are still missing. And that's the current state. I am not able to take the quest, nor am I able to receive exotic ciphers with any of my three characteres each week since then. I hope anybody can help me. Maybe I can reach somebody directly at bungie support. Thanks in advance for the help.
