I used to run a clan, but not anymore. Some things I learned are: - Have people you can trust in leadership with you. You have to open up, have some people take over certain parts of the clan, such as recruiting, making events, making sure people are engaged and following the rules - Have events that engage people. Even if it’s not destiny 2, play games with each other. Maybe crucible tournaments, raids, and if destiny is stale, do other games like among us or whatever people are playing. - Make sure you know who is joining. Try and talk with them a little, maybe do a few activities together to get to know them and see if they would fit
