Hello! About 10 minutes ago, my friend told me that he was unable to equip his ornament for the No Time To Explain (NTTE) pulse rifle. Of course, the ornament, "Frozen In Time", is only obtainable from buying the Beyond Light Deluxe Edition. I pulled out my NTTE pulse rifle, unequipped my ornament, and then encountered the same problem. I also thought it would be important to note that the NTTE "Frozen In Time" ornament is grayed out in my collections, and it appears as though I don't actually own the ornament even though I do. Could it possibly be a more recent problem? More specifically, did it become a problem after Season 13? I haven't unequipped the ornament since today, so I wouldn't know if it has always been a problem, but I'm guessing it's relatively new. Thank you.
