Like it or not there was a reason for your ban. If it was illegitimate your appeal would have resulted in a reinstatement. Most common reason is having a restricted app running while d2 is running. This is a legitimate ban and causes most of what people claim is "no reason" bans.

Even when they did reply it was only with generic answers that only would help you if you knew how apps worked. The fact is they reply and fix the error when one is made. Their system is just not prone to false bans. It requires 2 points of failure to have a false ban issued. While mistakes have happened they correct them when done. Out of over 380 replies when the account was active on forums only around 2 resulted in an overturn

Wrote a 13 page statement regarding my ban with every possible evidence and counter claiming with evidence on anything of that sort. Also from research the last time a ban was removed or a reply from BNG security was like last year or something.

But that’s assuming that there was an app or anything running. This is the equivalent to saying that if a judge doesn’t take your case it’s because ur guilty there’s two sides feels like it’s more of a excuse of hey if we don’t acknowledge it then your in the wrong

You would know what was running or at least you should. And I am not the judge...Bungie is and with an appeal that means 3 points have indicated your account broke a rule. 1 automated/referral and 2 manual reviews. Instead of writing 13 pages trying to get over turned I would be looking at or reformating my system if I truly didn't know why I was banned. As the company has nothing to gain with invalid bans. I would default to they found something at this point. Best of luck
