Unfortunately whether due to accidental deletion or unauthorized account access, Bungie does not recover manually deleted characters or items, and does not replace in-game items that are lost or dismantled. If you have family or a friend that might use your Xbox, it is highly recommended you require a password to sign into your account and that you sign out of it after playing. I also recommend turning on 2-factor authentication to prevent any remote access.
