Hello all! I use cross save and have come across an issue when accepting prime gaming loot. I used to play on xbox and currently play on playstation so I brought my xbox characters over to playstation through cross save. My issue I have come across is when I claim an item through prime, it says next time I log in I will receive my items, this time it is the exotic sparrow from Amanda Holiday in the tower. I have closed out the game and logged back in and have not received the rewards from Amanda at all. Does anyone know a fix for this or someone I can contact about this? Thank you
