1 hour remains of the (already extended) maintenance and Bungie still has not made any official acknowledgement of the severe issues with fps/audio in cutscenes experienced by some players. The issue has been anecdotally corroborated by many players on both the Steam and Bungie forums as occuring for players using the Windows 7 operating system. I hope to see a confirmation from Bungie in regards to this issue before maintenance ends.
