Did you complete all of the encounters? Not just the final encounter? Your stats https://warmind.io/raid/4611686018455497430 here say you’ve had no full runs of the raid. That could very well be the reason why, I’m sorry.

I did do the encounters! That website isn't showing my completions that took more than one sitting! The only raid we did in one sitting was EoW because the guys knew what they were doing, but that doesn't have any effect on the triumph. The same thing happened to my Crown of Sorrow triumph for the seal. Before the update, it said that I had completed the raid, but now it says that I have not! Please Bungie, this has been my one goal since Moments of Triumph was introduced!
