Why hasn't Bungie made any changes to how Pyrogenisis work? The perk itself says "Fully charging the laser refills the magazine from reserves.", but they decided to remove the effect. If it's going to stay that way, then Bungie should either remove the perk, since it doesn't do anything for the exotic or make a completey new perk to replace the current one (maybe with a new name as well). At this point, I'm really frustrated because I wasted an exotic cipher to get this weapon, especially because of this perk. What do you guys think?
