Warlock skating with top tree dawn is one of, if not the fastest movement in the game when it comes to jumps/dodges. Not to mention the cooldown is fairly short

Speed ≠ Agility. Hunters are the most agile, no contest.

I'm not saying Hunter doesn't have some of the best movement in the game, its just that warlocks have good movement too (granted its one tree). And yes, speed dictates agility.

Top tree dawnblade doesnt feel fast to you?

Not faster than Hunter, no. Dodge isn't standard movement. And it's only Dawnblade that has the dodge. And it's only one skill tree that has the dodge. Apart from that does your class have a dodge too. Also it doesn't slowely glide through the air. So don't tell me Hunter is slower and less agile.
