It doesn't help that the only legit new encounter is a 1040 dungeon that will be removed from the game at the end of the season.
It only pushes a need to grind through a bad leveling system.

I remember when at the start of Black Armory there was this huge issue with people having to grind their asses off to get to play the new content if they hadn't reached max. level in Forsaken. Now granted, they've gotten better at this with the seasonal public events and stuff, but that design is still alive in so many aspects of the game. They always make such a big show of "We have listened and learned from our mistakes!" only to keep doing the same shit. Same with the Eververse, they won't learn in regards to monetization or here with player engagement if it's beneficial for them. No one should believe them anymore when they "listen to the community".
