After seeing constant post about this I’ve come to the conclusion its a shotgun scrubs issue and not really the controller itself. It seems you shotgun scrubs tend to spam the sprint button for some weird reason, I also play with a controller and I have no issues. Even when I rarely bother with a shotgun myself I have no problems, I don’t understand why you guys spam the sprint, its not like you are running any faster anyways. You tap it once and you know you are running, you can just let go of the stick to stop sprinting, its really not that hard.

That’s the dumbest thing I’ve read all day. I’ve never ran shotgun and this sprint thing is causing me to lose fights in Comp that I wouldn’t have last season. The problem is it’s too easy to accidentally press the stick down a second time. Especially when you have to make a quick turn while sprinting. They definitely need to revert back to the way it was where hitting the stick a second time will not cancel sprint.

I have spammed sprint since D1 and have used[u] Bungie's Default Settings. [/u] I am a Titan main and sprinting is to GET AWAY FROM SHOTGUNNERS, and to use my abilities. Now I cannot use it effectively at all to, what after 6 years of it being OK? BTW, I use ARs, Scouts & Pulses as my choice of weaponry. And I run (well used to) like hell during games because [i]I have to. [/i] [u][/u] I guess my point is, your conclusion is only partially correct. Bungie has FARKED MY GAMEPLAY STYLE.
