Can Not Forgotten get a different perk than Lunas Howl?
Its kind of stupid that LH is better than NF now due to range not mattering and LH having more stability.

More stability Faster reload Easier to get The main reason why NF was better was because of its range increase. Well range no longer matters anymore so what does NF have on LH other than NF looking SIGNIFICANTLY better lol.
