HELLLLLLLLL NO!!! 4 V 4 was utter crap! Never go back. Nobody wants that but ya'll.

  • Was 4s utter crap or was it the sandbox? Imagine if we had 4s in qp with current sandbox I think it would be much better. Yr 1 was bad because of the ttk times not because of 4s.

  • In my opinion it was utter crap. I was never ever ever a fan of smaller sided pvp. I did not like any of the 3 v 3 modes in d1 including trials. Mostly cause i like domination and playing with lots of players. I used to play COD ground war. I preferred 10 or 12 v 10 or 12. that was for me. I also barely ever played Halo pvp so again 4 v 4 was not my thing. So as SOON as they announced it I was 100% sure i wouldn't like it. And i was right. I didn't like it. It had nothing to do with the sandbox. I liked autorifles and preferred them being a COD player. I had no issue with double primary and i often run double primary. I also didn't then a sniper much in d1 cause i wasn't good (which is probably why i didn't enjoy trials) and thus double primary didn't actually bother me at all cause i wasn't missing snipers cause i didn't use them. But no I specifically didn't like small sided games and 4v4 was too close to 3v3. Year one was bad 100% because of 4v4 and it was a welcome improvement to go back to 6 v 6. Games much better for it.

  • See I prefer 3/4vs3/4 and did in d1 too. 6s definitely are fun too but these maps where always made for 8 people. I think bungie ultimately could of maybe left the option to run 6v6 or 4v4 in qp then leave comp as 3s. I like watching sweats sometimes on twitch to see how good players play as u can learn a lot from them and sweats is all 3/4vs3/4 so there's definitely scope to run all

  • That's no excuse to use the same 4v4 maps for much larger teams.
