You know, Sidearms would be pretty nice if they weren’t shooting blanks half the time
Like seriously, why is Sidearm hit registration so damn trashy? Up close the hit registration seem delayed and at like 20m+ range you’re shooting blanks half the time.
Bungie should stop adding RNG in something like hit registration. That’s not cool at all.

I’ve only found a couple of Sidearms that I liked. One is Lonesome especially with auto fire perk and then the new Buzzard is pretty awesome at close range. I expect the new exotic Sidearms will be good. They can make a decent pairing to a sniper rifle or can replace an SMG. They’re more of a novelty than anything but they’re super fast and steady and can take people by surprise.

2 回复Massive bump. I always say I want side arms to be viable. NOT the end of d1 viable where the sidearms were only viable as they started with special over the others. But a serious option. Over erentil, over wizened rebuke. An option that can compete after 3000 glory over shotguns and top 10 weapons.

Sidearms are decent, I can't say I've noticed hit registration issues at all! I've started using smugglers word after being trolled by the weapon season after season and it's class!! I had a great time using it in pvp, including maps like vostok which you would think it would be outclassed... but no!! Rat king is amazing!! Picked it up again after getting the catalyst.... a genuinely fun weapon to use!! I'd be interested to know decent load outs options from other sidearm fans!

2 回复Which do you have? I have a threat detector rampage breachlight that's pretty good, but my lonesome with rapid hit swashbuckler is my favorite. Definitely recommend lonesome if you haven't tried it yet. It's my secret shotgun slayer

And you wonder why it's not hitting lmao
