I WANT MY SILVER I PAID FOR!!!! 3000+500 and 500 silver bundles!!! OK, so I'm going to say this as polite as possible. I have been in a battle with Bungie, Microsoft, & XBOX regarding silver bundles that I have paid for and never received. I purchased 3000+500 and 500 silver bundles, and they we never credited to my account. And PLEASE don't ask me to go thru the troubleshooting steps, because I have done everything on my end. I have tried several times, over several months. In fact, this originally happened September 18th, I fought and fought until I received a refund. Since I was refunded that money, I thought I would try again, and to my disappointment, it happened again. The most recent battle for either my silver or refund started on October 22nd. Now Microsoft will not refund my money this time, and YOU [Bungie] will not give me my silver, that I PAID for. I have emailed, and emailed, and have not gotten an actual response (non-auto-reply), except for the troubleshooting steps. Those steps do not work! I am sure you have a way to get my contact info, please have someone from your customer service dept. call me, so that we can straighten this out!
